About Emily Bain

Emily focuses her practice on probate and estate matters, helping clients navigate sensitive transitions in life with clarity and compassion. She is committed to making complex legal processes understandable and approachable for every client she serves.
Before law school, she graduated Cum Laude from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and pre-law. During undergrad, she participated in several honors societies, including Omega Nu Lambda and the Society of Collegiate Leadership and Achievement.
Emily earned her J.D. from the Nashville School of Law, where she was active in the Legal Aid Society and Federalist Society. During law school she obtained a Rule 7 Limited License to Practice Law, allowing her to work directly with clients under the supervision of licensed attorneys. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Davidson County Seventh Circuit (Probate) Court, gaining hands-on experience in estate administration and probate proceedings.
Emily was named to the Dean’s List of her graduating class, which ranked her in the top 20% of her peers. Additionally, she was recognized as a finalist for the Robert Ballow Excellence in Writing Award and was recognized by the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Law Student for Justice, for her pro bono service during law school.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with family, travelling the world, and visiting the Nashville Symphony.
